Bombay's Irani cafés were the city's living rooms: marble tables, bentwood chairs, a glass of chai that nobody rushed you to finish. Batliwala & Co. brings that room to Business Bay, with Parsi heritage on the plate and a modern Dubai bar behind it.
You walk in through a provision shop stacked with jars and pantry staples, past old radios, tiffin boxes and black-and-white photographs, to a dining room that looks out at the Burj Khalifa.
